Job Summary
Apple is seeking a Physical Electrical Analysis Engineer for their SoC team. This role involves driving electrical analysis and verification of an SoC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a BS degree and 10+ years of industry experience. Responsibilities include knowledge of low-power circuit design, computer architecture, and digital systems, with experience in industrial EDA backend tools such as Redhawk, PrimeRail, and Voltus. Experience with ASIC or AMS physical implementation and analysis flows for IP blocks and full chip SoC, as well as proficiency in automating and debugging verification flows for digital VLSI design, are essential. Familiarity with Innovus, Design Compiler, PrimeTime, and Tempus, along with voltage drop budgeting, low-power design techniques, and sign-off criteria for solid-state digital circuit systems, is required. Experience with multiple design tape-outs regarding power integrity signoff and a circuit design background with SPICE experience are also necessary.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
