Must Have

  • 8+ years in business development, strategy, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success managing C-suite and senior-level relationships internally and externally
  • Experience in channel or carrier operations, affordability programs, sales operations, or go-to-market teams—preferably within Apple’s ecosystem

  • Experience with channel or carrier operations including partner programs, incentives, and relationship management

We’re seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our Worldwide Business Development & Offers Team. In this pivotal role, you will expand the reach, access, and affordability of products across a wide range of channels and experiences. You’ll identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with key players in the affordability space and drive regional planning, alignment, and execution across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. This role requires a visionary problem solver with a proven record of building successful cross-regional partnerships, developing scalable, innovative affordability programs, and navigating diverse routes to market. You’ll bring a deep understanding of incentives, technologies, and business levers that enable strategic initiatives—while operating confidently in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. As a subject matter expert, you will surface insights, unlock opportunities, and fuel continuous innovation. Highly visible and highly leveraged, this position owns the strategy, development, negotiation, and management of high-value partnerships—ensuring long-term growth, clear communication, and scalable program success. You will collaborate closely with regional sales teams, legal, engineering, finance, marketing, and product organizations, skillfully influencing and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver transformative, complex initiatives at global scale.

  • Collaborate across product, engineering, legal, sales, and marketing to design and refine affordability solutions that meet diverse channel needs and drive innovation, scale, and adoption.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new affordability initiatives, partnering closely with external organizations to ensure successful launches and sustained engagement.
  • Lead and grow global affordability and technology partnerships, establishing and expanding device affordability and related solution offerings.
  • Continuously scan the market for strategic opportunities and craft compelling cases to secure cross-functional alignment and execution.
  • Create scalable, repeatable programs and playbooks to expand affordability across a complex ecosystem of partners and enablers worldwide.
  • Partner with worldwide and regional teams to deliver expertise, standard methodologies, and project leadership for rollout, activation, and ongoing support across all routes to market.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, report progress against business goals, and assess program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Employees also have the opportunity to become a shareholder through participation in discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
