  • Experience with Java, Spring, Elastic, Confluent Stack, Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure or Kubernetes.

What you'll do:

As part of our team, your contributions will play a key role in delivering robust and scalable event-driven solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess and enhance existing Kafka-based integrations. Here's an overview of what you'll be doing:

  • Lead the analysis and validation of Kafka architectures, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring best practices are applied.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide clear, technically sound recommendations.
  • Help bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring alignment through effective communication.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and help strengthen internal expertise around Kafka and related technologies.

What you'll need:

We are looking for individuals with strong analytical and communication skills, who can work independently and bring clarity to complex integration challenges. You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • At least 5 years of overall experience in IT, including a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles, especially in the context of event-driven and distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good organization skills and a clear customer orientation.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Experience with the following technologies is a plus: Java, Spring, Elastic, Confluent Stack, Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure or Kubernetes.
  • You are based in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia or Gijón, or are willing to relocate.
