Job Description
Apple is looking for a backend engineer for their 3D Vision Team at Apple Maps. The role involves developing and enhancing services, orchestration, and compute for cutting-edge computer vision and machine learning projects. You will work with extremely large datasets from various modalities collected by moving platforms like aerial, satellite, and ground. The team consists of fast-paced and pragmatic problem solvers who tackle tough challenges by developing innovative technology. A strong curiosity for solving real-world problems is essential.
Must have:
- Backend engineering experience
- Develop and enhance services
- Computer vision and machine learning projects
- Work with large datasets
- Solve real-world problems
Good to have:
- Experience with aerial, satellite, and ground data

You need to have a strong curiosity about tackling and solving new real-world problems. You would join a team of fast paced and pragmatic problem solvers that are tackling the toughest problems in the field by developing new innovative technology.
