Job Description
Datacurve AI Inc. is building a gamified developer platform for software engineering challenges involving LLMs. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will join a passionate, fast-moving team dedicated to solving challenging technical problems, designing engaging gamification experiences, and shaping the foundations to support the collective effort of developers worldwide. You will build and maintain end-to-end features, architect scalable services and intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship impactful features rapidly.
Good To Have:
- Familiarity with IaaC using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing secure code execution environments and implementing sandboxing techniques.
- Interest or experience in gamification, competitive programming, or developer-focused platforms.
Must Have:
- Build and maintain end-to-end features across our frontend and backend systems.
- Architect scalable, performant backend services and intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across the stack.
- Lead technical discussions, guide architectural decisions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, observability, and documentation.
- 3+ years of experience building scalable, performant full stack applications in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in building frontends using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience designing performance and secure APIs and backend services using Go.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS) and Docker.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable iterating quickly based on user feedback.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain end-to-end features across our frontend and backend systems
- Architect scalable, performant backend services and intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces to support real-time coding competitions and engaging interactions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across the stack to rapidly ship impactful features
- Lead technical discussions, guide architectural decisions, and identify opportunities for improvement across the entire stack
- Establish engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, observability, and documentation
What You Have
- 3+ years of experience building scalable, performant full stack applications in production environments
