THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Developer with experience in C#, DevOps practices, and system integrations to help shape the future of golf gaming and simulation. You will work at the intersection of game mechanics, real-world ball tracking data, and system infrastructure, building scalable services and tools that bring the game of golf to life through technology.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the technical backbone of immersive golf experiences, integrating game logic, player stats, and live tracking systems to deliver seamless and engaging gameplay.
 

POSSIBILITIES

• Develop backend services and game-related components using C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Integrate with software and hardware systems (e.g., ball tracking sensors, launch monitors) and real-time data feeds.
• Understanding REST APIs and knowledge of real-time services(Message broker systems, Rabbit MQ) to support gameplay, leaderboards, stats, and session management.
• Collaborate with gameplay engineers and UI/UX designers to support features like multiplayer, shot tracing, and in-game metrics.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast and stable deployment of game backend services and tooling.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) to support scalable and low-latency services.
• Monitor system performance and resolve production issues in live game environments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of game system integration, reliability, and performance.
   

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

• Strong experience in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time communication protocols.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and deployment automation (e.g., GitLab).
• Worked with game engines like Unity (especially with C# scripting) is a big plus.
• Experience with cloud environments, Docker, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, threading, and performance optimization.
• Ability to debug across systems and analyze logs in distributed environments.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in sports tech, simulators, or tracking systems (golf, baseball, etc.).
• Understanding of golf, gameplay mechanics, and player expectations.
• Contributed to commercial projects with networked components.
