Software Manager, SwiftUI

The role includes responsibility for overseeing the strategic and tactical direction of these frameworks and related technologies, ensuring the experience of developing apps for Apple’s platforms with these key technologies remains at the leading edge. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong background in iOS software development, ideally with substantial experience in UI framework development as well. You will be responsible for overseeing the shape of the team itself, managing multiple individual sub-teams, ensuring successful partnership with multiple cross-functional teams, and driving the strategic direction of declarative UI development for Apple’s platforms. The ability to lead a large group of senior engineers while providing strategic guidance, making critical decisions, and managing external stakeholder expectations will be crucial to the team’s success.
