Job Summary
As a Software Manual Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with the development team to identify and report bugs, develop test cases, and perform manual testing to guarantee our products meet the highest quality standards. You will test mobile and website applications to ensure they meet quality standards for our clients, identify defects & bugs, and work with developers to resolve them. You will also create test cases and test scripts based on user stories and requirements, collaborate with other teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on time, and perform regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for products. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining testing infrastructure for efficient testing, writing detailed test reports and performance analyses, participating in the complete software development life cycle for new products, and attending conferences to stay updated with the latest testing technologies.
Must Have
- 1-2+ years of proven experience as a manual tester
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with bug-tracking systems such as JIRA
- Attention to detail, ability to follow test plans and scripts, and good management skills
