Job Description

As an Experience Designer, you will develop innovative designs for products and services, focusing on quality and usability, and identifying user needs. Your role involves creating high-level concepts and designs based on data, market analyses, user feedback, and technical prerequisites, as well as formulating use cases and user stories. You will also develop and test prototypes with customer groups, analyze user tests, and continuously improve customer-centric design solutions. Additionally, you will harmonize design and function, considering user experience, and manage projects.

Must Have:

Develop innovative designs of products and services in terms of quality and usability.
Identify and visualize user needs.
Create high level concepts and designs based on data, market analyses, user feedback, and technical prerequisites.
Formulate use cases and user stories.
Develop prototypes and click dummies for carrying out testing among selected customer groups.
Plan, implement, and analyze selected user tests during development.
Create, establish, and improve customer centric design solutions.
Harmonize design and function, taking user experience into account throughout the entire process.
Manage projects.

Job Description

You create high level concepts and designs based on data market analyses user feedback and technical prerequisites and formulate use cases user stories
You will develop prototypes click dummies for carrying out testing among selected customer groups and you plan implement and analyze selected user tests during development
You will create establish and improve customer centric design solutions
You are involved in the harmonization of design amp function taking user experience into account throughout the entire process for various target groups in consultation with the units involved You manage projects
