Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Solutions Architect to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong communication, time management, and consultative skills to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Must have:
  • Design and deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions for digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain applications using C#, .Net, .Net Core, Python, and SQL.
  • Implement solutions leveraging AWS services, DevOps practices, serverless and streaming technologies.
  • Work with XML, JSON, Windows services, IIS, Oracle, Linux, Postgres, and DynamoDB.
  • Apply TypeScript, AWS CloudFormation templates, and AWS CDK for infrastructure and deployment automation.
  • Optimize performance and ensure stability across solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Contribute as an active member of an Agile team.
  • 5+ years of systems/software design experience.
  • 5+ years of programming experience with C#, .Net, .Net Core, and Python.
  • 3+ years of SQL programming experience.
  • 3+ years of delivering solutions in an Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, DevOps, serverless, and streaming technologies.
  • Proficiency with XML, JSON, Windows services, IIS, Oracle database, Linux, Postgres, and DynamoDB.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, AWS CloudFormation templates, AWS CDK, and AWS infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of networks, performance optimization, and system scalability.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions for digital products, following best practices and leveraging modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain applications using C#, .Net, .Net Core, Python, and SQL.
  • Implement solutions leveraging AWS services, DevOps practices, serverless and streaming technologies such as Docker, Kinesis, Lambdas, and EventBridge.
  • Work with XML, JSON, Windows services, IIS, Oracle, Linux, Postgres, and DynamoDB to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Apply TypeScript, AWS CloudFormation templates, and AWS CDK for infrastructure and deployment automation.
  • Optimize performance and ensure stability across solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization, ensuring timely delivery of quality results.
  • Contribute as an active member of an Agile team, supporting iterative development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications;

  • 5+ years of systems/software design experience.
  • 5+ years of programming experience with C#, .Net, .Net Core, and Python.
  • 3+ years of SQL programming experience.
  • 3+ years of delivering solutions in an Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, DevOps, serverless, and streaming technologies (e.g., Docker, Kinesis, Lambdas, EventBridge).
  • Proficiency with XML, JSON, Windows services, IIS, Oracle database, Linux, Postgres, and DynamoDB.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, AWS CloudFormation templates, AWS CDK, and AWS infrastructure.
