Overview: Iron Mountain Government Solutions (IMGS) is the business unit of Iron Mountain Incorporated (Iron Mountain) responsible for contracting with entities of the U.S. federal government, Canadian and U.S state and local government and educational intuitions (“SLED”) for Iron Mountain services. Iron Mountain is the global leader in innovative storage and information management services, storing and protecting billions of valued assets, including critical business information, highly sensitive data, and cultural and historical artifacts.
IMGS is engaged in a variety of process improvements for support of its sales, invoicing, contract management and compliance activities for Canadian and U.S SLED customers. It is seeking temporary employees to support those process improvement initiatives.
Project Description: The Special Project Data Administrator work on support the Public Sector Contracts team on several projects, ingesting contract documentation and metadata into the IMGS cloud-based contract repository and automated workflow system for its public contracts called “ORBIT.” The Data Administrator will review Public Sector contract documentation to identify metadata for relevant information fields, enter the metadata into Excel spreadsheets, and assist in entering the metadata into the ORBIT system. The Project is expected to last through December, 2025.

Additional Information: The Special Project Data Administrator will work offsite and independently utilizing computers provided by Iron Mountain for the duration of the Project, 20 hours per week. Assignment training, periodic online work reviews and team discussions will be held during traditional working hours (EDT).
Compensation: $22/hour for actual time performed, including training. IMGS maintains a cloud-based labor reporting system.
