We are looking for a talented and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our Reports and Dashboards. This role will drive the creation of data-driven insights and reporting tools that empower our customers and internal teams to make informed, actionable decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, user experience, and has a deep understanding of business intelligence and analytics tools. The role involves defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, focusing on customer needs, analyzing data, leading product delivery, monitoring performance, researching market trends, and providing training and support.
Must have:
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for reports and dashboards, aligning with business goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify key reporting needs and ensure product vision supports these objectives.
  • Champion the creation of user-centric and actionable reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data analysts, designers, engineering, and sales to gather requirements and deliver actionable reports.
  • Act as the bridge between internal stakeholders (executives, product teams, data scientists) and customers.
  • Identify user needs for data reporting and create intuitive dashboards that provide meaningful insights.
  • Gather feedback from users, ensuring the reports and dashboards meet their evolving needs.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of reports and dashboards, ensuring they add value to decision-making processes.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle for reports and dashboards, from ideation through to launch and iteration.
  • Write clear product requirements and user stories, ensuring they are understood and executed effectively by the engineering team.
  • Track the performance of existing reports and dashboards, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize feature enhancements and bug fixes based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to reporting, data visualization, and analytics.
  • Benchmark the product against competitors and incorporate leading practices in reports and dashboard design.
  • Provide training and documentation to our customers to ensure effective use of reports and dashboards.

How will you make an impact?

1. Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for reports and dashboards, aligning with business goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify key reporting needs and ensure product vision supports these objectives.
  • Champion the creation of user-centric and actionable reports and dashboards.

6. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Track the performance of existing reports and dashboards, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize feature enhancements and bug fixes based on user feedback and performance metrics.

7. Market Research & Trends:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to reporting, data visualization, and analytics.
  • Benchmark the product against competitors and incorporate leading practices in reports and dashboard design.

8. Training & Support:

  • Provide training and documentation to our customers to ensure effective use of reports and dashboards.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Science & Analytics, or Machine Learning.
  • Excellent understanding of data visualization & reporting principles and dashboard design best practices.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving mindset with business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fast learner with ability to quickly grasp data & data analytical concepts
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially data teams (data analysts, data engineers).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
  • good understanding of UX/UI principles in the context of dashboard design and data visualization.
  • Ability to prioritize features, manage stakeholder expectations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
  • Experience working in SaaS, Enterprise product, or similar industries.

Good to Have:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics or machine learning concepts is a plus.
