Job Summary
We are looking for a strategy and development specialist for hydroelectric power plants. If you have a university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the field, this position is for you. Technical activities will be complemented by administrative tasks focusing on EU legislation. Must Have
- Identify development opportunities for hydroelectric power plants and apply best practices for modernization and digitalization projects.
- Prepare documentation for modernization and digitalization projects of hydroelectric power plants.
- Coordinate activities related to modernization and digitalization projects within hydroelectric power plant facilities.
- Process documentation and provide advice for evaluation according to EU Taxonomy and ESG standards.
- Prepare, process, and evaluate documentation for internal and external benchmarking of hydroelectric power plants.
- University degree (Master's) in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Min. 5 years of experience in the field.
- English language at B2 level.
- MS Office at advanced level.
- SAP at advanced level.
- Driving license group B.

Job Responsibilities
- Identify development opportunities for hydroelectric power plants and apply principles and recommendations of best practice for modernization and digitalization projects of hydroelectric power plants.
- Prepare documentation for modernization projects of hydroelectric power plants and also for digitalization projects.
- Coordinate activities related to modernization projects and digitalization within hydroelectric power plant facilities, in cooperation with other departments.
- Process documentation and provide advice for evaluation according to EU Taxonomy and ESG standards.
- Prepare, process, and evaluate documentation for internal and external benchmarking of hydroelectric power plants.
