Senior DevOps Engineer

Lytx is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for its Israel site. The role requires a motivated individual passionate about solving technical problems, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Terraform IaC, various CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, GitLab), and Amazon EKS. The position is primarily remote with periodic office visits in Haifa, Israel, focusing on innovation and contributing to saving lives on roadways through cutting-edge technology.

Must Have

• Minimum 2 years experience with Multi-environment Terraform IaC
• Experience with Jenkins Groovy pipelines, Github Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or GitLab CI/CD
• Experience with Amazon EKS

Good to Have

• Apache Kafka experience
• MQTT broker configuration experience
• MongoDB Atlas experience
• Basic Python proficiency
• Basic NodeJS understanding

The Lytx Israel site is seeking a well-rounded Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be a pleasure to work with, continually learning, motivated, and passionate about solving technical problems in a methodological way.

The candidate should have the following expertise with a minimum of 2 years experience in the following:

• Multi-environment Terraform IaC
• Any one of the following deployment methodologies:
• Jenkins Groovy pipelines
• Github Actions
• Bitbucket Pipelines
• GitLab CI/CD
• Amazon EKS

Recommended experiences include the following:

• Apache Kafka
• MQTT broker configuration
• MongoDB Atlas
• Python basic proficiency (basic coding level)
• NodeJS basic understanding (basic troubleshooting level)

This position is in Israel, and our offices are in Haifa close to the Matam Technical park. The majority of this position is remote, with periodic visits to the office for cross-team collaborations and events.
