Job Description

As a specialist technician analyst in the Magnetic Anomaly Detection (MAD) product department, you will be responsible for supporting operations and improving the production cell. You will assist technician inspectors with daily tasks, troubleshoot issues, and track repair progress. You will also analyze production challenges, coordinate their resolution, and act as a point of contact for customer service, including tracking customer units. Additionally, you will serve as a technical reference for engineering, providing support during testing and analyzing recurring issues from repairs. You will also manage material orders for the cell, support quality certifications like ISO 9001 and AS9100, maintain test stations, and coordinate the implementation of new health and safety measures.
Must have:
  • DEC in electronics or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical analysis and resourcefulness
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced knowledge of measurement devices
  • Programming knowledge
  • Organized with good time management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in French and English (verbal/written)
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel intermediate-advanced)

Le rôle que nous vous proposons :

À titre d’analyste technicien spécialiste, département du produit MAD (détection d’anomalie magnétique), vous serez responsable du support aux opérations et des améliorations de la cellule de production

Vos défis

  • Supporter les inspecteurs techniciens dans leur quotidien (résolution de problème, suivi de l’avancement des réparations)
  • Analyser les enjeux de production rencontrés et coordonner la résolution de ces enjeux
  • Agir comme point de référence pour le service client notamment le suivi des unités clients
  • Agir comme point de référence pour l’ingénierie (support technique lors des mises à l’essai et analyse des enjeux récurrents issus des réparations)
  • Supporter et suivre les commandes de matériel pour la cellule
  • Supporter le maintien des certifications qualité (ISO 9001 at AS9100) pour le département
  • Maintenir les stations de tests opérationnelles et déterminer les besoins pour ces stations afin d’assurer le bon déroulement opérationnel
  • Coordonner la mise en place de nouvelles mesures en santé et sécurité.

Le/la passionné(e) que nous recherchons possède :

  • DEC en électronique, en systèmes ordinés ou formation connexe
  • Expérience professionnelle pertinente : 3 à 5 ans
  • Possède une bonne analyse technique et de la débrouillardise
  • Excellentes compétences d'analyse et de dépannage
  • Connaissance avancée avec les différents appareils de mesure
  • Connaissance en programmation
  • Très organisé, bonnes habiletés de gestion du temps et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement en évolution.
  • Bonne communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.
  • Aptitude démontrée à travailler en équipe et à collaborer
  • Maitrise de la Suite Office notamment Excel, niveau intermédiaire à avancé
  • Expérience de travail à CAE, un atout.
