About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic and culturally plugged-in Senior Associate - Account Management to manage social media for Spotify India at Kulfi Collective. This role requires someone who understands Gen Z behavior, music fandom, and the ever-evolving social media landscape, while excelling at structured project planning, client management, and daily coordination with creative, strategy, and production teams.
You’ll serve as the day-to-day bridge between the Spotify client team and internal teams, ensuring we deliver high-quality, relevant, and on-brand content across platforms—Instagram, YouTube, X, and more.
A day in the life of an Senior Associate - Account Management (Spotify)
- Own day-to-day client communication, manage timelines, approvals, and feedback loops
- Identify potential gaps in pre-planning or workflow processes, and flag them early to ensure smoother execution
- Supervise overall execution of content and campaigns, ensuring quality, design integrity, and timely delivery
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to shape, brief, and execute social content and campaigns
- Coordinate between internal teams, Spotify client stakeholders, and partner agencies to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee and coordinate content calendars, campaign plans, and reporting workflows
- Learn and take part ownership of posting, scheduling and channel management of all Spotify India’s social media handles
- Manage real-time delivery of social content including topical trends, artist drops, and fan-first formats
- Track performance, collate feedback, and flag opportunities to evolve content formats and community engagement
- Proactively identify opportunities to tap into trends, fandom moments, and music-led conversations
Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase
- Around 2-3 years of experience in account management, social media marketing, or digital content—preferably in music, entertainment, or youth culture
- Strong and clear client communication skills—concise, on-point, and solution-oriented
- Deep understanding of Gen Z internet behavior and fandom culture
- Proven ability to manage content calendars, brand approvals, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social-first content and platform-specific behavior (IG, Reels, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Passion for music and cultural trends—someone who’s online, observant, and instinctively knows what will work
Bonus Points If You Have
- Strong understanding of music genres like I-Pop, Punjabi, Hip-Hop, and Film music
- Experience managing creators or collaborating with production teams
