Job Description
As a Senior Associate, Media Planning, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and strategizing of primarily digital media campaigns. Your responsibilities include coordinating with creative agencies and multi-channel teams, communicating with clients, evaluating timelines, managing daily deliverables, analyzing competitive landscapes, managing a media budget, and identifying new opportunities. You will work on a Beauty/Personal Care account based in the United States.
Must have:
- 1+ years of experience in media planning
- Relevant media planning and buying experience across channels
- Familiarity with media planning tools

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Associate, Media Planning for one of dentsu's Beauty/ Personal Care accounts based in continental United States. You will report into the Director, Planning. You must demonstrate working knowledge of the media space, specifically digital and available media research and systems. You will assist with daily account needs by conducting reporting, sending email updates and assisting in strategy efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and strategizing primarily digital media campaigns
- Coordinate with creative agencies on creative assets and accounts needs
- Coordinate with multi-channel teams to create strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across channels.
- Communicate with clients via email on questions and specific media plans
- Evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables
- Help to analyze competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights
- Help manage a large Media Budget and Flowchart
- Assist in guiding media channel selection and identify new opportunities
- 1+ years of experience in media planning
- Relevant media planning and buying experience across channels
- Familiar with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, and/ or other media tools
- Experience working on a Beauty/ Personal Care brand
