(Sr.) Cloud Developer (V1xSP)

The xSP Business team at Trend Micro focuses on business enablement for products, channels, and partners by building platforms for market entry and partner business. This role involves participating in the full lifecycle of service development, utilizing various tools and methodologies for quality assurance, delivery, and operation. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, design and implement entitlement management systems, act as an architect for cross-business platforms, and drive data-oriented decisions for product licensing services.

Must Have

• Lead internal cross-team members for Product Licensing Service group on multiple project delivery to achieve business goals.
• Lead the design and implement a new generation entitlement management system and necessary cross-department and country systems integration.
• Act as the architect role in cross-business platform to align with business requirements.
• Strong passion for customers for internal product team and external business channel through integration.
• Lead technical consensus meetings.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and keen sense of ownership to deliver results in an agile environment.
• Work in a DevOps mindset, leading the team and using DevOps tools for service operation and fast response.
• Lead in new technology solutions on the business side, such as billing/invoicing, using cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Participate in multiple teams as a leading role through agile development methodology.
• Lead and develop Web applications in a full-stack manner for analysis and visualization for business stakeholders.
• Lead and drive data-oriented decisions for Product Licensing Service group to develop roadmap, business decisions, and data visual based strategy.
• 3+ years related work experience.
• Familiar with C#, Python, Go, Restful Web API, and Cloud platform development.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing and industry trends.
• Capable of understanding and leading cloud project development in AWS or Azure platform.
• Strong understanding of application security and secure software development lifecycle programs.
• Understanding of designing, developing, and operating highly scalable and highly available web services.
• Familiar with large enterprise system integration architecture and design.
• Able to lead and develop in database design and manage DB related activities.
• Proficient communication and writing in English.

Overview

xSP Business team is the team that brings products and processes together, and plays an important role of business enablement of Trend Micro’s products, channels, and partners. We build up platforms to make all Trend Micro products go to market easily, and also make Trend Micro channel partners doing business friendly. You will participant in every aspect of TrendMicro’s business process, product life cycle, and business model with partners…etc.

As a team member, you will be involved in whole lifecycle of service development. You need to fully utilize a variety of tools and methodologies to ensure the quality of services development, delivery and operation. Meanwhile, with the innovation of project development, you also need to pick up latest techniques and skills to facilitate your assignment.

Key Responsibility

• Lead internal cross team members for Product Licensing Service group on multiple project delivery to achieve the biz goal.
• Ability to lead the design and implement a new generation entitlement management system and necessary cross department and country systems integration.
• Ability to act as the architect role in cross-business platform to come out the best of practice in technical way to align with business requirement.

Qualification/Requirement

• 3+ years related work experience
• Familiar with C# /Python /Go /Restful Web API and Cloud platform development.
