Job Summary
As a Project Specialist in the Sustain Engineering Group (SEG) within the CorpRD department, you will collaborate with over 100 Product Sustain engineers and global support teams. Your role involves project management, influencing without direct authority, and leveraging customer insights to enhance sustain operations. Key responsibilities include managing sustain cases, ensuring service quality, handling escalations, reviewing analysis reports, and coordinating improvements for low satisfaction cases. You will also deploy SEG processes, conduct training, and generate reports for data analysis and process improvement.
Must Have
- Ensure the sustain case handling and SEG service qualities
- Serve as the first point of contact for case escalation from support group
- Ensure the Analysis Report's delivery quality, including submission, review and attachment
- Review the case handling with low satisfaction and coordinate with teams for improvement
- Ensure all SEG-related processes are smoothly deployed and executed
- Conduct SEG-related training
- Ensure all SEG-related processes, templates, policies are deployed to new product sustain team
- Generate report and provide relevant analysis
- Communicate for process improvement
- Minimum two years of working experience
- Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing (TOEIC score >= 730)
- Strong responsibility
- High communication skill
- High EQ
- Able to work independently and willing to learn

As SEG project specialist, you will work with managers, engineers of 100+ Product Sustain and work with different region/country members of support team. You will learn the skill of project management, to influence without authority. To have the strong customer insight and make sustain better.
Job Description
1. Sustain Case Operation
- To ensure the sustain case handling and SEG service qualities

4. Reporting & Data Analysis
- To generate report and provide relevant analysis
5. Communication for process improvement
Qualification/Requirement
1. Have two years working experience at least. (Including part time job)
2. Have fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. (TOEIC score >= 730)
3. Have strong responsibility.
4. Have high communication skill.
5. Have high EQ.
6. Able to work independently and willing to learn.
7. Have experience in service helpdesk or project coordination (Nice to have).
