Marvell’s Americas HR Shared Services team is essential to keeping our global workforce running smoothly. They manage critical HR operations—like promotions, job changes, background checks, and compliance reporting—that enable Marvell to scale and innovate. This team stands out for its global impact, ownership of transformation projects, and commitment to excellence. You’ll work with cutting-edge systems like Workday and ServiceNow, lead process improvements, and support the people behind the technologies powering cloud computing, 5G, and AI. If you’re passionate about operational excellence and want to make a real impact, this is the team to join.
We are seeking an experienced Sr HR Operations professional to join our Americas HR Shared Services team, reporting into our Global HR Operations Manager. This role is critical in supporting complex, high-impact HR processes across multiple business lines, with a strong emphasis on compliance, process ownership, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in shared services environments and thrives in managing cross-functional HR activities, employee lifecycle events, and audit readiness.
Success in this role starts with hands-on experience in HR operations—you’ve led employee lifecycle processes, handled compliance reporting, and worked with tools like Workday and ServiceNow. You know how to navigate audits, manage sensitive data, and solve complex issues without needing step-by-step guidance. This is a high-autonomy role: you’ll own processes, lead improvements, and support cross-functional projects. While you may not directly manage a team, you’ll mentor others and influence global HR practices. You’ll collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders, often contributing to decisions that shape Marvell’s workforce strategy. What sets this level apart is your ability to lead with confidence, drive change, and operate independently—not just execute tasks.
