  • Expertise in developing and implementing social media strategies.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Market Performance Analyst – Salesforce Marketing Cloud join our team in Franklin, TN.

Sr. Market Performance Analyst will drive customer acquisition and retention by developing and executing strategic CRM campaigns. You will own the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation to analysis, using data-driven insights to inform and optimize our digital marketing strategy.

  • Increase brand awareness and audience engagement by developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing and social media initiatives.
  • Utilize project management and communication skills to effectively manage campaigns and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative to overcome challenges and drive marketing success.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • 7 + years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven ability to create and manage successful campaigns using SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign ROI and extract insights.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, with hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing social media strategies to engage and expand online communities.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to excel under pressure.
