The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will drive user acquisition and revenue growth through hands-on execution of Google Ads campaigns. This high-impact, execution-heavy role involves owning strategy and day-to-day execution for paid acquisition in Google Ads, directly building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns globally. The manager will be the in-house authority on the Google Ads ecosystem, applying operational rigor and rapid experimentation to every initiative, directly influencing the volume and quality of opportunities feeding the sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience with full ownership of Google Ads campaigns globally.
  • Ability to architect and manage Performance Max, Demand Gen, and advanced Search structures.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Enhanced Conversions (Google Ads + Salesforce), Target ROAS, and Smart Bidding strategies.
  • Experience deploying custom and prebuilt Google Ads scripts for automation and efficiency.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, driving data-backed experimentation and analyzing performance data in Excel.
  • Expertise in attribution, managing analytics integration and event tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Ability to partner with operations to build actionable dashboards, funnel reports, and cohort analyses.
  • Experience maintaining tight alignment with organic search for a unified keyword strategy.
  • Skill in applying Salesforce data to connect campaigns directly to revenue and improve targeting.
  • Experience managing $2M+ annual search spend with an agency mindset.
  • Ability to create detailed weekly performance readout decks for leadership.
  • Minimum 5 years managing paid search at a B2B organization or agency with B2B experience.
Good to have:
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Salesforce Data Cloud, Looker, PowerBI and other reporting tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

Reports to: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will drive user acquisition and revenue growth through hands-on execution of Google Ads campaigns. This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role for a growth marketer who lives inside the Google Ads interface, thrives on testing velocity, and relentlessly pursues scale. You’ll own strategy and day-to-day execution for paid acquisition in Google Ads, directly building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns globally. You’ll be the in-house authority on the Google Ads ecosystem, with mastery across Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and GA4, applying operational rigor and rapid experimentation to every initiative.

This will be a new role for Conga, responsible for developing high-visibility programs. The Digital team at Conga powers marketing and business development worldwide, driving inbound lead generation, optimizing conversion funnels, and turning traffic into measurable revenue opportunities. In this role you’ll blend creative strategy with deep technical expertise, leveraging web analytics, paid media, testing, and digital experience optimization to maximize performance. You’ll directly influence the volume and quality of opportunities feeding our sales pipeline, making you a critical link between our global campaigns and revenue growth. You’ll have both the scale to make a high-volume impact and the technical challenge to continuously innovate, test, and refine how we attract and convert our audiences.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

You are a Google Pro. You have 5+ years of experience:

  • Full ownership of Google Ads: Plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns globally.

Architect and manage Performance Max, Demand Gen, and advanced Search structures.

  • Leverage Enhanced Conversions (Google Ads + Salesforce), Target ROAS, and Smart Bidding strategies to hit pipeline and ARR goals.
  • Deploy custom and prebuilt Google Ads scripts to automate, scale, and improve campaign efficiency.

Continuous Improvement Mindset. You drive data-backed experimentation across new formats and audience strategies. You’ve analyzed and model performance data in Excel to uncover optimization opportunities, forecast outcomes, and guide budget allocation. You lower customer acquisition costs (CAC) and increase qualified leads through continuous campaign refinement.

Attribution Expert & Storyteller. You have experience doing:

  • Manage analytics integration and event tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Partner with operations to build actionable dashboards, funnel reports, and cohort analyses.
  • Maintain tight alignment with organic search for a unified keyword strategy.
  • Apply Salesforce data to connect campaigns directly to revenue and improve targeting.

Comprehension, Scaling and Collaboration. You managed $2M+ annual search spend with an agency mindset for efficiency and performance. You create detailed weekly performance readout decks for the demand generation team and leadership.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.

U.S base salary range:

$95,615 - $152,985 USD
