Job Description

Join our dynamic Sales team and ignite growth across international markets, with a focus on Latin America. We are seeking a visionary builder who thrives on cultivating strong client relationships and driving business expansion in the fast-paced financial industry. Based in Mexico City office, the role is focused on managing and supporting mainly the financials customers coverage in Mexico, Colombia and Chile. This role offers a direct impact on the expansion of the derivatives industry in Mexico, a supportive environment for career progression, broad exposure to CME's diverse products, and a competitive salary with comprehensive benefits.
Must have:
  • Champion client success by nurturing relationships with banks, buyside firms, and brokers
  • Spearhead CME's market penetration, expanding our reach to key customers through strategic sales, customer development, and dedicated client support
  • Serve as a trusted resource, providing swift and accurate answers to inquiries on product specifics, margin questions, Globex, risk management, onboarding processes, and market regulations
  • Forge powerful partnerships with internal stakeholders across Product, Education, Marketing, and Research teams to co-create and deliver impactful content to our clientele
  • Leverage Salesforce to meticulously manage customer interactions and track progress, ensuring a seamless client journey
  • Drive informed decision-making by preparing comprehensive monthly reports, analyzing revenue, sales data, new product adoption, and valuable customer intelligence
  • Orchestrate successful incentive programs, from application management to client onboarding support
  • Curate and execute a compelling calendar of educational initiatives and events, identifying prime speaking opportunities within the region
Good to have:
  • Minimum of two years' proven experience within the financial markets and/or derivatives marketplace
  • Strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and customer development
  • Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Advanced analytical mindset
  • Proactive project management skills
  • Track record of timely follow-up and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional teamwork
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, or engineering

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, or engineering is preferred.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • A growing network of clients will be a significant advantage.
