Job Description

The SMB team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager passionate about making business operations, tools, and processes efficient. Responsibilities include collecting business and systems requirements, scoping central processes and tools, driving alignment, automating workflows, and leading implementation and measurement. The ideal candidate is action-focused and data-driven, adept at breaking down problems and delivering large projects end-to-end. You will collaborate across internal teams (sales, product, engineering, marketing) and act as a central, data-driven program manager leading the alignment and execution of operational processes, systems, and workflows for SMB teams.
Must have:
  • Lead sales process optimization for your market by mapping, analyzing, and redesigning workflows.
  • Partner with sales leadership to scope and prioritize opportunities for improvement, estimating impact and resource/investment requirements.
  • Examine process flows to identify operational gaps, develop solutions, and collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement the ideal future-state processes.
  • Align with Sales Leadership on strategic initiatives / programs and customize a go-to-market approach for regional markets.
  • Monitor and analyze impact of programs to identify areas for improvement and make data driven recommendations.
  • Project manage end-to-end delivery of programs from requirements gathering and scoping to implementation, training, rollout, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive understanding and adoption of core and critical processes among sellers.
  • Define problem statements, collaborate closely with technical partners, and help implement process automations, new tool integrations, and scalable solutions.
  • Share key learnings, operational best practices, and feedback to the Global Program Management team to drive consistency and enable scaling of successful initiatives worldwide.

You’ll collaborate across internal teams (sales, product, engineering, and marketing) and act as a central, data-driven program manager leading the alignment and execution of operational processes, systems, and workflows for our SMB teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead sales process optimization for your market by mapping, analyzing, and redesigning workflows; partner with sales leadership to scope and prioritize opportunities for improvement, estimating impact and resource/investment requirements.

  • Share key learnings, operational best practices, and feedback to the Global Program Management team to drive consistency and enable scaling of successful initiatives worldwide.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in business / customer operations, technical project management, or program management (specifically within SMB and advertising preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale process redesigns or systems implementations from initial scoping through to rollout and adoption.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience breaking down ambiguous data problems, surfacing actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, able to meet rigorous deadlines while balancing multiple priorities, and recognized for strong attention to detail and consistent productivity in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics and deliver effective presentations or training to diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese to collaborate seamlessly with global and regional teams.
  • Experience with vendor management, workflow automation, or AI/SQL tools is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong is strongly preferred; additional experience with tools suchs as Medallia, Calendly, and Outbound prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experience.

Please note : This is a 12 months fixed term contract position
