Requirements:

  • Has 10+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or conversational systems—preferably for complex, consumer-facing products
  • Has direct experience with AI, prompt engineering, or LLM-based systems
  • Brings exceptional writing skills, systems thinking, and a strong POV on the future of agentic design
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into actionable frameworks, content systems, and testable prototypes
  • Communicates with clarity and influence across roles, levels, and functions
  • Is curious, collaborative, and excited to build in the open alongside peers across PayPal’s AI teams
