Job Description

Our team, based in Shanghai and Shenzhen labs, specializes in supporting customers with optical modules through AEC testing, optimization, and debugging—both in our labs and directly at customer sites. You will align customer design requirements with our technology, assist with proposal development, identify design opportunities, guide customers through their design process, provide onsite support, and solve real-time problems including software tool issues, HW and SW debugging, and system bring-up issues. You will also train customers and distributor’s FAEs.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • 3-5 years of PAM4 and Coherent optical module software development experience
  • Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • 2-4 years of PAM4 and Coherent optical module software development experience

What You Can Expect

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of PAM4 and Coherent optical module software development experience.
  • Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-4 years of PAM4 and Coherent optical module software development experience.
