Job Description
The Technical Lead will lead a team of developers working with Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB. The lead will oversee technical aspects, ensure high-quality code development, and mentor the team. Key responsibilities include leading the team, conducting code reviews, translating business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and participating in the software development lifecycle. The candidate must have strong proficiency in Java, experience in Spring Boot, and working knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. They must have experience with microservices architecture and cloud services. They must also have excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Must have:
- Strong proficiency in Java programming with object-oriented principles.
- Hands-on experience in developing web applications using Spring Boot framework.
- Proficient with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for data storage.
