Job Description

As a Staff Product Designer at Acceldata, you will be a core member of the product design team, collaborating with colleagues to design components, systems, and tools that will unlock innovative experiences. Your work will contribute to making attractive, unified, consistent experiences. You will focus on improving user experience for search, file browsing, data discovery, and analysis. This role involves close collaboration with product management and engineering to create high-quality software. You will contribute to the vision and processes, empowering teams to build outstanding products. You will contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction, help deliver storytelling around product needs, create and iterate on flows, and develop detailed user-interface specifications.

Must have:

10+ years of B2B product design experience
Diverse product design skillset to delight a technical audience
Experience in research to understand customer goals and validate designs
Experience in tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into goals
Experience in crafting high quality visual design
Experience in leading large projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related disciplines

As a Staff Product Designer

You'll be core member of our product design team, you will collaborate with your colleagues to design components, systems, and tools that will unlock innovative experiences at Acceldata. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of making attractive, unified, consistent experiences that bring advanced data observability affordances to a larger number of potential users. Your focus will be on improving the user experience for search, file browsing, data discovery, and analysis. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, and engineering to create high-quality, well-designed software. You will contribute to the vision for the system, processes, and tools that empower our teams to build outstanding products. Your efforts will be instrumental in creating compelling and accessible experiences for our users.

A day in the life of Staff Product Designer-

· Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction

· Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities

· Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design peers

· Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

· Collaborate with other designers to unify designs across products

· Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design pattern documentation

· Write documentation and guidance for design components, styles, and patterns

You are great fit, if you have-

· 10+ years of B2B product design experience
