Job Responsibilities

Manage delivery riders in their assigned station area according to company KPI criteria.
Supervise daily deliveries, ensuring goods are delivered to customers and no inventory backlog.
Safeguard goods at the station, preventing loss or damage.
Receive, inspect, collect money, and report COD daily.
Handover goods between riders and drivers, distribute goods to delivery staff.
Supervise riders: ensure riders complete their routes on time.
Support and troubleshoot rider issues during delivery.
Ensure all delivered goods are processed on the App and system.
Collect COD and categorize failed deliveries at the end of the day.
Maintain the quality of the fleet: discipline, attitude of delivery staff, and work performance.
Support related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Manage equipment at the station, comply with hygiene and safety regulations at the station.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in logistics.
College degree or higher.
Basic understanding of computers and office informatics.
Eager to learn, honest.
Basic English.
