Must Have
- Lead automation and digitalization projects with WMS integration, focusing on innovation and simplification.
- Analyze and explore technological solutions for logistics processes with a focus on savings.
- Participate in cross/operational projects to improve inventory-impacting processes.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and weekly reports with action plans for target improvement.
- Identify, measure, and eliminate efficiency losses in daily 3PL tasks.
- Supply inputs to 3PL (Budget, Procurement, and Monitoring).
- Control and monitor internal Warehouse flows (consistency of IN-OUT processes) and synergy with dependent areas.
- Control and follow up on the correct use of technology implemented in the CD by the 3PL.
- Reverse Logistics (tracking and control of returns received at the site), interface with Customer/Clients to minimize reasons/causes for rejections.
- Ensure application of established contract procedures and penalties.
- Monthly control of 3PL service invoicing.
- Prepare monthly and annual forecasts of costs related to customer rejections.
- Connect with various company areas: Procurement, IT, Quality, Customer, Transport, Plants, and Third-party producers, 3PL, and external suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a similar position of no less than 3 years.
- Engineering/Degree in Logistics/Administration [finishing or recently graduated].
