WHAT YOUR NEXT POSITION INVOLVES

• As Store Manager, you are responsible for your JYSK store
• In accordance with JYSK values, you ensure that your store team is 100% focused on sales and customers
• You take the initiative to positively influence key figures and motivate your team to achieve great results
• You implement and maintain store concepts and routines
• You enjoy movement and physical work and act as a role model by also taking responsibility in sales and routine tasks in the store

Your onboarding as Store Manager will take place in our store by arrangement. Afterwards, you will take over the management of one of our stores in the Künzelsau area.

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team is an advantage
• You have drive, are communicative, and thereby create a positive and appreciative work environment
• Willingness to take responsibility for your future own store and its results
• You strive to achieve very good results
• You are willing to work on Saturdays and have one day off during the week
