PwC Deals is seeking a structured and independent finance professional with invoicing experience for a new part-time support role (20-30 hours/week) in Copenhagen. You will be central to ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing, managing payments, and collaborating with partners. Must have:

  • Thrives on taking responsibility and working independently
  • Fluent in Danish
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Maconomy and Salesforce
  • Experience speaking and writing English

Job Details

Are you sharp with numbers and have an eye for detail?

We are looking for a structured and independent finance professional with experience in invoicing for our support team. The position is newly created and is 20-30 hours per week - with flexibility from week to week. You will play a central role in ensuring correct and timely invoicing to our customers and will be an important piece in creating an overview and quality in our financial processes.

A versatile everyday life in the heart of the department

You will become part of Deals Business Support and will have a broad contact surface with approximately 100 colleagues across the department. The tasks span finance, administration, and process optimization, and you will have the opportunity to influence workflows and contribute your ideas on how we solve tasks most efficiently and smartly.

Your primary tasks:

  • Preparation and sending of invoices
  • Registration and follow-up on payments
  • Communication with customers regarding invoices and payments
  • Collaboration with partners and teams to ensure correct invoicing basis
  • Follow-up on ongoing work
  • Assist in the risk management and job creation process

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience from a similar position and have an understanding of debtor management
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience with finance and accounting tasks
  • Are used to working in financial systems (knowledge of Maconomy and Salesforce will be an advantage, but is not a requirement)
  • Are detail-oriented, structured, and good at follow-up, and have an eye for both people and processes
  • Thrive on taking responsibility, have a natural drive, and solve tasks independently
  • Speak and write Danish fluently and preferably have experience speaking and writing English

If you have experience with the auditing industry and partner-driven organizations, it will be a big plus, but not a requirement.

Overtime can be expected in connection with month-end, half-year, and year-end closings.
