Location: Malaga, Spain

RAW is seeking a talented Studio Build Specialist to join at the inception of what we expect to be a groundbreaking venture. This role is for a highly motivated individual, capable of multitasking and helping RAW set new benchmarks for our Live Casino studio.

Responsibilities

Execute construction plans for broadcast studios, focusing on truss rigging, acoustic walls, studio set/furniture and other hands-on tasks.
Install and assemble truss systems, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure attachments.
Rig lighting fixtures, cameras and mount audio equipment in accordance with design specifications.
Install acoustic panels and sound-absorbing materials to enhance sound quality and isolation.
Manage cables by organizing and routing them efficiently while maintaining a tidy workspace.
Studio related maintenance, including studio equipment, ups, etc…
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to promote a safe working environment.
Collaborate closely with the studio engineers to ensure efficient coordination and timely completion of tasks.
Perform regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective completion of studio builds.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Perform maintenance on the premises/office.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively for construction-related tasks.
Demonstrate physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labor tasks, including heavy lifting and working at heights.
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Be in possession of a valid working permit to work in the EU.
Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
Proven experience in a similar role in the iGaming or broadcasting industry.
Strong knowledge of studio design and construction practices.
Proficiency in using design and construction tools and software.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, ready to work alongside a dynamic team to create world-class gaming environments.
