##### Job Description
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with the company’s most important customers as well as finding and driving new customer sales in the iGaming and online casino sector. This role ensures day-to-day excellence, revenue delivery, sales, and operational success, acting as the client’s advocate within the company while delivering on commercial objectives. The KAM plays a critical role in commercial execution, client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
##### Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact.
- Ensure client satisfaction by pro-actively addressing needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication.
- Develop account plans to meet revenue targets through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Identifying new customer opportunities, initiating the sales process, and driving it to contract.
- Monitor client performance, provide data-driven insights, and make recommendations for improvement as well as conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting RAW products, performance insights, ROI, and recommendations.
- Coordinate internally across sales, product, and operations to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
- Negotiate contract renewals and incremental deals within existing accounts.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and performance reports.
- Stay up to date on client business, industry trends, and competitors to provide relevant advice.
##### Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles.
- Strong relationship-building and client service skills.
- Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting for clients.
- Experience in B2B industries, ideally SaaS, tech, or iGaming, is preferable.
