Job Summary
RAW is seeking a Junior Finance Executive in Malta to manage revenue reconciliations and support daily accounting operations. Key responsibilities include general ledger entries, accounts receivable, inter-company reconciliations, supplier invoice processing, client revenue share calculations, debt collection, and assisting with month-end, year-end, VAT returns, and statutory audits. The role requires liaison with internal and external departments.
Must Have
- Contribute to day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Post supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and issue payments.
- Assist with client revenue share calculation and sales invoice posting in Dynamics365.
- Liaise with customers for debt collection and discrepancy resolution.
- Support month-end and year-end finance operations.
- Assist with VAT Returns and annual statutory audits.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance role.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.

RAW is looking for a Junior Finance Executive to join our growing team in Malta. As a Junior Finance Executive, you will be mainly responsible for revenue reconciliations and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires the individual to liaise with multiple departments both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Contributing towards the day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger accounting entries, accounts receivable, inter-company reconciliations of the RAW Group.
- Posting supplier invoices and reconciling statements and issuing payments.
- Assisting with the calculation of client revenue share, preparation of supporting schedules and posting of sales invoices in Dynamics365.
- Liaising with customers and assisting in the debt collection and following up on any discrepancies arising between our internal reporting vis-à-vis third party reporting.
- Support with the month-end and year-end operations of the finance department.
- Assisting with the VAT Returns.
- Assisting with annual statutory audits and other regulatory submissions.
- Any additional finance related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance related role. Experience in the gaming industry would be considered as an asset, but not essential. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Preferably, in the process of obtaining a qualification in Accountancy.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Organised and detail-oriented person.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment.
