Job Description

As a Sales, Account Manager – CV Ultrasound, you will develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations with customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with all of the accounts within the territory. Your role involves building and maintaining effective relationships, understanding customer requirements, providing solutions, developing strategies for business growth, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction post-order by coordinating with logistics and project managers.
Must Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in capital sales- selling directly into hospital.
  • Deep knowledge of sales strategy including: developing strong relationships, strong closing skills, solution selling, funnel management, effective prospecting, converting competitive accounts, and selling in a matrixed team environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent education/experience.
  • Excellent communication skills including presenting to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements for this Sales position.

Job Description

As a Sales, Account Manager – CV Ultrasound, you will develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations with customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with all of the accounts within the territory.

Your role:

  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization and Philips team.
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing solutions in a consultative way while meeting their needs.
  • Developing and owning strategies for customers within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets.
  • Negotiating solutions and closing deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips.
  • Once an order is closed, continuing communication with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns.
  • Ensuring order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in capital sales- selling directly into hospital.

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent education/experience.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $193,375 to $273,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the territory.
