Must Have
- Perform preventive, corrective maintenance, quality controls, assembly/installation on medical imaging equipment (cardiovascular, conventional radiology)
- Train users on equipment handling and upgrades
- Ensure transmission of intervention information
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet client needs
- Higher education in biomedical or technical field
- First experience in maintenance of electronic, IT or mechanical equipment
- Strong customer orientation, autonomy and organization
- Excellent communication skills and good team spirit
- Good level in English and French

Job Description
This position gives you the opportunity to participate in improving patient care through your technical expertise and your exemplary level of service to doctors, biomedical engineers and radio operators.
Your main missions are
- To intervene at clients' sites during preventive maintenance operations, quality controls, corrective maintenance and assembly/installation on all our medical imaging equipment, particularly in cardiovascular and conventional radiology.
- To train users on equipment handling and upgrades
- To ensure the transmission of information relating to your interventions
- To collaborate with sales teams to meet customer needs
You are part of
A team of experienced technical managers from the Health Systems France division, reporting to the Sector Service Manager for Centre-Est. You interact daily with the sales and clinical teams, focused on listening to the needs of doctors and hospital staff. You support our teams of young technicians in their technical learning and customer service.
Position ideally based in the sector (Dijon).

For our teams based at headquarters, this implies a minimum of three days a week presence at the office.
So-called "onsite" functions require full-time presence at company sites.
"Field" positions are mainly carried out outside company premises, most often at our clients' or supplier partners' sites.
This position is exercised in office/field/onsite mode.
