Ubisoft Paris Mobile is seeking a Studio Director to lead its mobile game development studio. This role involves overseeing overall operations, driving long-term strategy aligned with mobile leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and innovation. The director will manage live operations for casual mobile games and Web3 initiatives, focusing on growth opportunities through data analysis, team leadership, budget management, and strategic communication with HQ teams. The position requires a strong P&L mindset, leadership, and deep understanding of the mobile gaming market and monetization models.

Job Description
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Mobile Officer, Casual, the Studio Director will oversee the overall operations of the studio, with a strategic focus on both mobile game production and live operations on the casual mobile segment and Web3.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive and execute the studio’s long-term strategy, aligned with the leadership from the mobile zone, by proposing and implementing effective decisions that align teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality and creative innovation.
- Apply the best market practices to operate the studio’s casual live games, or initiative related to game development.
- Across a long-term live service, with close collaboration with the Deputy CMO, Casual, at a studio level:
- Oversee the LiveOps teams and work with analytics, game design, and marketing to maintain and improve game performance
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis (segmentation, player behavior, monetization KPIs)
- Implement processes to measure the impact of live features, updates, and player engagement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-department teams like UA, Customer Support, etc. to put into practice a ROAS-based strategy. This requires a 360 understanding of the industry and a great capacity to work with people not reporting to the position
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, across multiple projects, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with the Deputy CMO, Casual and Web 3 HQ teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective collaboration.
- Lead the studio day-to-day operations, managing both production and people-related topics ensuring team well-being and engagement
- Oversee studio budgets, staffing and planning, optimizing for performance and sustainability.
- Collaborating closely with publishing, user acquisition, CRM, and player support teams from Mobile HQ

- Understands the business side of gaming, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
