Job Description

This internship focuses on assisting with the monitoring and improvement of operational workflows, including documenting standard procedures. Key responsibilities involve maintaining schedules, managing resources and assets, and ensuring smooth team communication and task allocation. The intern will also support the preparation of reports, operational documents, and financial processes such as purchase orders and invoices. Additionally, the role requires supporting ongoing projects, meetings, and events, providing ad-hoc assistance, and identifying operational challenges with proposed solutions. The intern will work closely with the Studio Operation Manager and Studio Directors to aid in decision-making.
Must Have:
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Interest in operational management and growing within the team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and data analysis ability.
  • Trustworthy and careful with confidential information.
  • Flexible and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in exploring technology updates and tools.
  • Proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid environment (3 days WFO & 2 days WFH).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and improving operational workflows and documenting standard procedures (SOPs).
  • Help maintain schedules, manage resources and assets, and coordinate with teams for smooth communication and task allocation.
  • Support the preparation and organization of reports, operational documents, and financial processes like purchase orders and invoices.
  • Work closely with teams to support ongoing projects, meetings, and events, providing ad-hoc assistance as needed.
  • Identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and assist in ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with Studio Operation Manager and Studio Directors to make optimal decisions.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in learning about and contributing to operational management, with a strong desire to grow within the team.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. Strong or intermediate proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel). Excellent written and spoken English with clear and effective communication skills.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to analyze data and reports. Trustworthy, discerning, and careful with confidential information.
  • Flexible and capable of multitasking in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Has an interest in exploring technology updates and tools to support tasks.
  • Proactive, reliable, and collaborative, with a commitment to contributing positively to the team.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid environment in Bandung (3 days WFO & 2 days WFH).
