We’re looking for an experienced Style Editor to help lead our evergreen commerce coverage in the Style vertical. This editor will be responsible for planning, writing, and editing best-in-class evergreen commerce content — including best lists, single-product reviews, comparison pieces, and seasonal shopping guides — with the goal of growing traffic and affiliate revenue from search platforms. You must be comfortable identifying and utilizing expert resources, sourcing products, performing hands-on product testing and writing, editing and updating content across a broad range of style topics (including but not limited to clothing, shoes, accessories, and luggage).
This role requires sharp editorial judgment, strong knowledge of the style space (clothing, accessories, luggage, personal style, etc.), and a deep understanding of SEO and commerce content optimization. You’ll also have a deep well of industry contacts, and be passionate about crafting creative and engaging content that builds trust. You’ll work closely with SEO strategists, affiliate leads, and the broader editorial team to ensure our style content performs and delights. You’ll also work with freelancers, when appropriate, to assign and edit stories within specific style categories.
This role is either fully remote or can opt to work at one of our Yahoo offices across the U.S.
