We’re seeking a collaborative, resourceful, and detail-oriented Supervisor, Mail Services to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational logistics, ensuring the secure and efficient movement of packages, equipment and materials across multiple sites. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling creativity through operational excellence.
This role is considered Onsite, which means the employee will work 100% onsite 5 days a week at our office.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all logistics activities.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed according to company procedures
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams—including Stage, IT, and Production—to schedule and manage complex shipments across multiple locations.
- Organize and coordinate regular Ranch runs and other location-based deliveries.
- Prepare and manage international shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, customs forms, carnets, and regulatory paperwork.
- Ensure all international shipments comply with applicable customs, import/export, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve issues and assist with opening claims for lost and damaged shipments
- Engage with specialized couriers, freight forwarders, and third-party vendors to arrange secure and timely transportation across multiple locations.
- Utilize Oracle or similar enterprise receiving/shipping systems to receive and process items against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate shipping logs, inventory databases, and receiving reports to support internal audits and inventory control.
- Assist Workplace Services team as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse management, with supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College degree is a plus
- Experience with Oracle or equivalent shipping/receiving and inventory systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
