Join our dynamic Belgian Customer Supply Chain team, the crucial link connecting market demands with our supply chain operations. As a support role, you'll play a key part in translating strategic plans into precise product needs, ensuring timely and high-quality fulfillment of customer requests. You'll assist in various supply chain functions, collaborating with teams such as demand planning, logistics, and customer service. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with sales, Hub, Quality, Marketing, and 3PL partners, providing valuable exposure and hands-on experience in the heart of our supply chain operations. Your role is essential to achieving our goal of satisfying customer requests with the Right First-Time principle. Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of pivot table functionality.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both Dutch and French.
Must Have:
  • Degree in Economics, Business, or a related field, with a keen interest in the supply chain domain.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Team-oriented mindset, driven by results, capable of independent work.
  • Available for a full-time commitment ranging from 4 to 6 months starting from July 2024, based in Belgium.
  • Navigate SAP for daily order operations, run control reports, and handle customer claims.
  • Understand customer order flows and assist in supply coordination, OOS reporting, and repack production planning.
  • Support Demand Forecast planner in extended planning exercises, utilizing tools such as APO.
  • Manage daily operations and coordinate planning activities.
  • Collaborate within the Customer Supply Chain team.
