Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the success rate of target products under clinical order situations according to the annual target hospital access plan.
- Promote formal access or temporary procurement processes for hospitals requiring access, provide and implement solutions for cooperation with key decision-making departments such as hospital administration, medical affairs, pharmacy, and medical insurance offices of target hospitals.
- Responsible for safe operation tasks such as VBP product delisting, VBP product re-entry into medicine, and medical insurance reimbursement restrictions in target hospitals.
- Collect and gain insights into the business and academic development needs of responsible target hospitals, organize pharmaceutical exchange activities, build pharmacy management forums, conduct drug safety training, etc., to help key clients improve their business level.
- Plan innovative projects, strategic product pharmacoeconomic advantage research, pharmacokinetic advantage, drug efficacy and safety research, etc. Collaborate with the sales team on pharmaceutical expert grassroots activities.
- Cross-departmental communication: collaborate with the business team to resolve price negotiation work in target hospitals, collaborate with the access team to carry out reporting and bidding work, and collaborate with the sales team to obtain temporary procurement orders from departments. Regularly organize communication meetings to share the latest policies, market information, and activities.
- Responsible for the maintenance of 48 tertiary hospitals, collecting key customer information and entering it into the SFA system, achieving company KPI for key account coverage.

- Responsible for product access, safe operation, and centralized procurement reporting management in target hospitals.
- Number of hospitals to visit: 48 target hospitals, all are tertiary hospitals.
- Customer visit target: 100% coverage of quarterly Vice President of Pharmacy Management and Director/Deputy Director of Pharmacy Department.
- Administrative departments: Hospital Administration Office, Pharmacy Department, Medical Affairs Department, Medical Insurance Office.
- Academic associations: Pharmacy Branch/Group.

- Internal 1: Four key internal products, many activities/projects, extensive cross-departmental communication, requiring overall coordination and promotion.
- Internal 2: Many hospitals to access, many VBP delisted hospitals, heavy tasks for centralized procurement communication and reporting, requiring a good foundation of key customer relationships.
- External 1: Many competing products, flexible promotion methods of competitors. More professional promotion to gain customer recognition and support for products.
- External 2: The PVBP situation is severe, with high risk of business loss. Requires thorough understanding of policies and accurate prediction of centralized procurement risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, related medical major preferred.
- Working Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a KAM in TOP domestic/foreign companies.
- Professional Knowledge/Skill:
- Familiar with the specific conditions, characteristics, and relevant medical policies and regulations of the local pharmaceutical market.
- Good at collaborating with academic associations, building or participating in valuable academic sharing platforms and exchange cooperation platforms.
- Master hospital product access, safe operation, centralized procurement bidding and reporting information and processes.
- Strong regional business planning ability, key account management ability, and cross-departmental collaboration ability.
- Strong communication skills, good at integrating resources, and contributing to team performance.
- Computer & Language Skill:
- Proficient in computer operation and common office software, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, etc.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation skills (at least equivalent to College English Test Band 4 level).
