The Small Deal Desk Services Advisor supports the Services Sales and Delivery teams by creating, processing, and executing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests (CRs) for Professional Services engagements. This role involves collaborating with account teams, ensuring compliance with policies, managing approvals, and maintaining documentation. The advisor will also contribute to forecasting, reporting, and process improvements, playing a critical role in customer relationships and successful software solution adoption.

- Experience using Generative AI tools to streamline or support commercial processes.
- Experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Professional Services environment.
- Familiarity with supporting services or SaaS-based offerings.
- Exposure to sales enablement or customer success functions.
- Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Must Have:- Act as a trusted advisor to Blue Yonder’s account teams.
- Support end-to-end commercial processing of SOWs and CRs for solutions valued under $100K.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Services Sales, Services Pre-Sales, and Project Management.
- Ensure all SOWs and CRs comply with internal policies, legal guidelines, and pricing governance.
- Manage routing and tracking of commercial documents through approval workflows.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all commercial documents.
- Provide input to sales and services leadership on deal pipeline, volume, and trends.
- Assist in maintaining and improving templates, checklists, and tools.
- Actively gather feedback from account teams and customers.
- Work towards streamlining deal desk workflows to reduce turnaround times.

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
