Intern Responsibilities in the Supply Chain Department:
Interns in our team play a key role in supporting various operational areas, gaining valuable experience in logistics, purchasing, production planning, and customer service. Their tasks include:
- Warehouse: Assisting with handling WZ documents, managing inventory transfers within the cooperation system, and verifying stock levels.
- Production Planning: Providing administrative support for production orders, updating data in the ERP system, and assisting in the analysis of raw material availability.
- Customer Service: Preparing sales documentation and ensuring smooth operational communication with clients.
- Purchasing: Supporting the ordering process, maintaining supplier databases, and coordinating raw material deliveries.
- Logistics: Assisting in transport arrangements, collaborating with carriers, and monitoring delivery timeliness.
