Job Description
The System Design Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements, considering both physical design limitations and performance requirements. The role involves developing physical design implementations that meet strict power and signal integrity requirements, driving co-optimization of physical design on MLB and package, and providing implementation guidelines and feedback to silicon, package, and system design groups. The engineer will also perform feasibility studies, design verification, and sign-off.
