Good DB2 architectural knowledge is essential, along with experience in DB2 Interactive and ITIL processes. Basic knowledge of TSAPT is also preferred. The engineer will monitor ticketing tools and ensure the smooth operation of the database systems. This role demands proactive monitoring and troubleshooting skills to maintain optimal database performance and availability. The individual should have experience with DB2 LUW and be able to handle database-related issues efficiently.
