The role involves implementing, managing, and supporting classified IT systems, including virtualization platforms, VDI (Citrix), Windows/RedHat OS, and backup/storage technologies. Key responsibilities include managing system operations, performing system maintenance and upgrades, responding to incidents, maintaining compliance with government cybersecurity standards, supporting configuration changes, and maintaining system documentation. Must have:
- Experience implementing and managing IT systems.
- Experience with virtualization platforms and VDI (Citrix).
- Knowledge of Windows/RedHat OS and backup/storage technologies.
