Your Impact

As a Tableau Senior Success Architect, you will have a significant impact on our customers' success and the growth of our organization. Your technical expertise and business acumen will directly influence the technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design strategies for our Signature Success customers, driving success and business outcomes with Tableau's powerful analytics capabilities. By driving customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional value, you will contribute to the overall growth and reputation of Salesforce as a leader in the industry.

• Become a Tableau subject-matter expert for the broader Salesforce National Security organization, including related enterprise architecture concepts, governance and cross-cloud solutions.
• Engage with Signature Success customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Tableau.
• Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the Solution Architect engagement catalog, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of Tableau customers.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Proven experience in enterprise consulting, including usage, design, and implementation of Tableau product solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using technology and integration, with a focus on guiding customers through optimization and migration.
• Prior experience in Tableau server administration or architecture, desktop, or large deployments.
• Strong understanding of data preparation, ETL, modeling, and the ability to guide customers through best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for various audiences and situations.
• Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Tableau certification or ability to attain certification.
• Curiosity and drive to skill in core product along with other Salesforce and enterprise technologies.
• Ability to engage customers in global time zones as required by business need

Preferred Requirements

• Familiarity with cloud architecture.
• Experience supporting/troubleshooting performance issues related to data pipelines or dashboards is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Salesforce products and features, capabilities, best use, and how to deploy.

Please note: This is an office-flexible role, and the expectation is to be in-office a minimum of three (3) days per week.

This position requires a USA TS/SCI with Polygraph security access level clearance.
