Job Description

This Talent Acquisition internship is designed for individuals aspiring to start a career in talent acquisition or Human Resources. The intern will play a crucial role in building a strong candidate pipeline and providing a great candidate experience. The role involves administrative support, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with recruitment-related projects. Extensive training and exposure to the technology industry will be provided. The candidate will also be involved in administrative tasks such as pre-employment checks and offer documents. The role involves inputting and maintaining recruiting data in the applicant tracking system. The intern will also be involved in recruitment campaigns.

So, what’s the role all about?

This Talent Acquisition internship is designed for those who aspire to start a career in talent acquisition or Human Resources. You will be playing a crucial role to help build a strong candidate pipeline and provide a great candidate experience. You will also receive extensive training program regarding the entire recruiting process and best practices, plus gain exposure to the technology industry.

How will you make an impact?  

  • Provide administrative support from opening a requisition to the closing of the same
  • Provide sourcing support through job boards, database search, contacting and networking among contacts and candidate groups
  • Partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews
  • Provide general administration support and process information and forms related to sourcing activities where required, such as candidate pre-employment/reference checks, offer documents
  • Assist in input and maintenance of recruiting data into the applicant tracking system
  • Other recruitment-related projects, such as recruitment campaigns
